We use USPS Priority Mail for most of our shipments. 
We also ship by UPS Ground on occasion.  We try to ship out your order within 2 business days.  You'll get an email with your tracking information.  

Shipping rates start at $8 to anywhere in NC, SC, GA, TN & VA.
It gradually goes up the further you are from North Carolina and by how much weight we're shipping.  
For example: $10 to $12 to most of Florida.
We can fit up to 12 bags (pounds) of grits & cornmeal into a USPS Priority Box and ship it anywhere in the US for $14.  
 
Our website limits orders to 12 bags or pounds of product.
